So - the day of reckoning (weigh in) brought good news, bad news. Good news - I did lose weight. Bad news - I only lost 2 lbs instead of my goal of 5 lbs. :o( I know that I didn't walk as religiously as I meant to. I let the cold weather and being so busy get in my way. That just means I am recommitting myself and will lose 8 lbs in February to make up for it!
